Meet Wayne
Wayne Schofield is Co-Founder and COO of Night and Day Resume. His background includes Recruiting, HR and Operations roles with companies that he has helped to grow since entering the staffing industry in 1993.
He earned his BA from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, double majoring in Communications and Journalism. Wayne is honored to have been chosen as one of only 6 alums profiled on the University’s career services page.
Wayne’s early career as a journalist helped him find his passion for clean, clear and concise writing. That passion translates to helping clients in every single consult.
Meet Brandon
Brandon Schofield is Co-Founder of Night and Day Resume. Brandon attended college for Engineering and learned early on that there isn’t a technology he doesn’t like to tackle.
Brandon came to Night and Day Resume from a career as a Chef in Boston, MA. He was the Pastry Chef at Eastern Standard, Executive Sous Chef at Game On, and eventually owned West Side Bistro, in Manchester, NH.
Deciding to leave the restaurant industry proved fortuitous for Night and Day Resume.
Meet Jessica
Jessica Fischer is a wind industry professional based in New York State with a background in engineering and mentorship. Her excitement for the industry was solidified in her undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering Technology at SUNY Canton. She has experience in wind turbine drivetrain testing, wind turbine repairs, and most recently wind turbine services engineering.
Jessica joins NDR built on her passion for helping young professionals secure opportunities through the professional development group WRISE (Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy).
